If Paramatma is the karta then the kartrutva and karma are His, then there can be no consequences for people and everything that happens to them is for their growth.
If jivatma is the karta only then can he accrue karma.
Reconcile this with ahankara vimudhatma kartaham iti manyate…
paramatma says he is the karta and then says “kuru”!
