The random responses that I get on Ancient Indians, frequently make me wonder whether my work is worth the while.
I think of the good friends I have made, through my old thoughts blog…
But Ancient Indians invites a wacko following in addition to the sane responses.
Satyaveda invites super muddled highly obfuscated responses from humans who are an insult to the memory of the crystal clear logic of Adi Sankara.
But then once in a few months, when I am ready to throw in my towel, someone says that my work is wonderful and that feels really good.
People do not have the patience for data gathering, suspension of judgement and careful reworking of theories to fit all the data that is gathered till then.
They rush in with their grand statements within minutes or years of the first post.
When data is made available, the Christian sites are joyful in selectively picking and distorting my work.
People always advise me to disable all comments for the misery it is causing me and I think, may be I will miss that one friend, that sane voice that needs to be heard, that wonderful piece of information that I need to hear.
People give more value to their half baked opinions formed through the air than to the words of Valmiki and Vyasa.
Any caution I put in the post discourages good commentors and nothing stops the idiots.
So there is only the one friend who has been with Ancient Indians from the beginning and she continues to send mail and comments…
Thank God for her!
