Voter turnout is around 50%. 
Guys with cards who were not in the list could not vote. Guys with names in the lists – only half of them voted. Even if some of them were bogus.. and some of them were migrant workers., what about the others?
- I think it should be an enforced duty. If they hate all candidates they can file 17A, like some guy in the newspaper did.
- My mom’s servant maid was complaining that this time no one gave them money to vote. Last time they gor Rs 100 each. This time they got new roads and new toilets whether from govt funds or party funds I do not know.
- I think if people voted for good candidates only., then party leaders would be forced to field only good candidates and not people with criminal records…
