Spiritual and Self-help people say that we must clean ourselves first. When I apply this to housework…, I find that I will have to clean myself again after I clean the house.
I think that since cleaning the house takes more time than cleaning onself, and since its ickky to stay dirty for a long time., we sould clean ourselves first, clean up the place and then clean ourselves again!
Can this be extrapolated to : Change yourself, change the environment and change yourself again….?
Take care of yourself, Take care of the environment and Take care of yourself again….?
