Princess Batcheet

She is a character in that best of all books written by Salman Rushdie – Haroun and the Sea of Stories. If you haven’t read that book you must – he has borrowed a little from Katha sarit sagara and there is a lot of fantasy, satire and wonderful stuff in that book. Good for children and grown-ups.

Princess batcheet and prince blabbermouth are engaged or in love or something.

Right now, I feel like princess batcheet, I talk so much, and mostly about cooking and domestic issues. Whether it is my family or friends or shop keepers, I can’t seem to stop talking.

Today is a happy day. I made a sweet with peanuts and jaggery and it turned out well. I won’t list all the other nice things I made… I could fill a page.

Most of my friends are professionals and it will probably bore them to tears…

I am reading the Google Story, right now.
